KEYNOTE SPEAKER

ROLAND WILLIAMS

 Co-Founder, J2 Medical Supply 

Mr. Williams has a long history of high performance and transformational impact as a professional athlete, humanitarian, and entrepreneur. A graduate of Syracuse University, he went on to play in the National Football League for an accomplished eight-year career. As an athlete, Mr. Williams was best known for being an integral part of the legendary St. Louis Rams’ “Greatest Show on Turf” offensive unit, breaking numerous records in route to a Super Bowl victory. 

Following his professional football career, Mr. Williams has continued to enjoy success in the business sector with his blueprint of discipline, teamwork and strategy. Whether as a sports analyst for ESPN, NBC and CBS Sports, or as an entrepreneur successfully launching and scaling multiple startups, Mr. Williams’ ability to develop effective teams, raise capital and strategically go to market have been a catalyst for exponential growth.

In 2020, Mr. Williams leveraged 30+ years of manufacturing, sourcing and logistics expertise to co-found J2 Medical Supply, an MBE manufacturer and distributor of high-quality medical solutions specializing in nitrile examination gloves and personal protective equipment. Since inception, J2 Medical Supply has helped thousands of organizations lower costs, improve quality and achieve their supplier diversity objectives.

Mr. Williams is also committed to making a difference in his community and beyond. He is Founder & Chairman of Champion Academy Extreme Mentoring & Empowerment, a non-profit in his hometown of Rochester, NY, helping hundreds of at-risk teens maximize their human potential. He is also the proud father of three sons and resides in Thousand Oaks, California.
