Each year, The Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) presents The Corris Boyd Diversity in Healthcare Leadership Award to an individual or company that has made an exceptional impact in leadership in the healthcare industry. The award was established in 2007 to honor the late Corris Boyd, who committed his storied career to working with healthcare administration companies and group purchasing organizations. In addition, Mr. Boyd was committed to quality and diversity in healthcare. On March 6, 2023, The FHA presented Janet McCain, Senior Director of Business Diversity at HealthTrust Performance Group, with the 2023 Corris Boyd Diversity in Healthcare Leadership Award at the Annual Conference and Business Exposition in Las Vegas, Nevada.
