IBEX created a Supplier Diversity Management System that helped UPMC Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to increase its diversity spend; bringing a diverse vendor base to a community health system.

Grace was also recognized in November by the Greater Women's Business Council (GWBC) as a 2019 LACE (Ladies Achieving Continuous Excellence) Trailblazer Award recipient (Category III). The GWBC announced the award winners at its annual LACE Awards Gala on Nov. 8 at the St. Regis hotel in Atlanta.
